Alyssa Salvato-Brennan

CEO/Co-Founder/Chef/Pastry Chef

Born and raised in Chicago - Alyssa had a yearning to learn the science behind baking and pastries. She was traditionally taught the french style of baking and chocolate making which then became the root to Alyssa’s passion. Soon after, she joined the Hogsalt group, where Alyssa and Conor created the table to table experience of private dining.

Conor Brennan

CEO/Co-Founder/Chef

Born and raised in Chicago and began cooking at a early age. Quickly turned his passion into a career and dove head first into the industry. Conor was a Sous Chef for some of the best restaurants in the city with Hogsalt Hospitality. Went to Roister at the Alinea Group and fell in love with open fire cooking and meat cookery—the foundation of his skills and experiences that he brings to table to table.
